A new trailer for Red One has been released.
Red One is an upcoming Christmas action movie starring Chris Evans, Dwayne Johnson, and more. Directed by Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle’s Jake Kasdan, the movie will be released in United States theaters this November.

What happens in the new Red One trailer?
The new Red One trailer sees a number of highly-trained agents from the North Pole forcefully recruit Evans’ character to assist Johnson on a mission. The two are tasked with finding a kidnapped Santa Claus, played by J.K. Simmons, with the suspects being anyone from Krampus to the Headless Horseman.
“After Santa Claus – Code Name: RED ONE – is kidnapped, the North Pole’s Head of Security (Dwayne Johnson) must team up with the world’s most infamous bounty hunter (Chris Evans) in a globe-trotting, action-packed mission to save Christmas,” the official synopsis reads.
Along with Evans, Johnson, and Simmons, Red One stars Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, and Wesley Kimmel.
The screenplay was written by Chris Morgan, based on a story by Hiram Garcia. Garcia and Morgan produce the movie alongside Johnson, Dany Garcia, Kasdan, and Melvin Mar.
In addition to Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, Kasdan’s previous filmography includes 2002’s Orange County, 2007’s Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, 2011’s Bad Teacher, 2014’s Sex Tape, and 2019’s Jumanji: The Next Level.
Johnson shared the new Red One trailer on X and wrote, “I think we all made a good one, and hope you like it. And after a wildly blessed and crazy career, I can finally say I’ve made my first Christmas movie!”
Red One will be released in United States theaters on November 15, 2024, from Amazon MGM Studios.
