Rock n’ Roll Horror Film ‘Art of a Hit’ Trailer Featuring Ryan Donowho

“As an artist, what scares you?” Giant Pictures has revealed the trailer for an indie rock horror thriller film titled Art of a Hit, made by filmmakers Gaelan Draper and Charlie Saxton. It’s set for a release on VOD in August in the US if you’re down to watch. With their careers on the line, a late-90s rock band journeys to a French chateau to record with an elusive super-producer. But as tensions rise and tempers flare, they realize they’re up against more than just the pressure to rock. Is he a demon or a vampire, or something like that? “Art of a Hit takes everything we love about the late ’90s and early 2000s rock scene and jams it into a wildly creepy castle in the most beautiful place on earth: Dordogne, France. It’s funny, scary, messed up and honest—a story about what it’s like to be in a band and the insane fears of trying to make it as an artist. If you love late 90s rock, if you loved being in a band, you will love Art of a Hit.” Starring Ryan Donowho, Charlie Saxton, Tim Jo, Rob Raco, James Earl, Allie MacDonald, David Valdes. The rock horror subgenre is growing, between this and Studio 666 and Ghost: Rite Here Rite Now. Take a look at this below. // Continue Reading ›
