On Tuesday night, Roger Daltrey brought his acoustic/electric tour to the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, New York. He opened with Pete Townshend solo track “Let My Love Open The Door” and then performed a range of material. The Who songs proper included “Who Are You” and “Another Tricky Day” as well as “So Sad About Us” and “Real Good Looking Boy.” He also offered two Creedence covers—“Born on the Bayou” and “Have You Ever Seen the Rain”—as well as a debut of Paul Simon’s “The Boy in the Bubble,” Leo Sayer’s “Giving It All Away” and for the final tune of the night Mose Allison’s “Young Man Blues.” Opener KT Tunstall played “The Acid Queen” from Tommy during her set. Bill Kelly shares these images.
