Ruidoso Downs Race Track cancels races after flooding

RUIDOSO DOWNS, N.M. (KRQE) – Flash floods have forced Ruidoso Downs Race Track to cancel the remainder of races that had been rescheduled over the weekend. The track originally planned to host the Rainbow Derby Trials over the weekend and completed all but two races. The track announced on Sunday that they planned to run those races on Monday but were forced to cancel because of continued flash flooding.
