“It’ll be harder than anything we’ve faced before…” Disney has revealed a second official trailer for their upcoming sequel Moana 2 from Disney Animation. It’s a follow-up the full trailer that debuted during D23 last month. The original Moana musical from Disney Animation Studios opened in late 2016 and became a beloved global hit, ending up as a favorite of many young viewers everywhere. This sequel is the first feature made at Disney’s Vancouver studio. Ready to launch in theaters in November just in time for Thanksgiving. After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana journeys to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced. What will she find out there? Auli’i Cravalho returns as the voice of Moana, with Dwayne Johnson back as Maui and Alan Tudyk as Hei Hei, plus Rachel House, Temuera Morrison, Nicole Scherzinger, and Rose Matafeo.
