SeedBlink Launches Program to Help Pre-Seed Startups Access Funding

SeedBlink, the equity and investment platform for European tech startups, is proud to announce the launch of its Funding Sprint program. This new initiative is designed to support pre-seed startups in building robust business foundations and securing the necessary funding to accelerate their growth and success.

The journey of transforming a tech-driven startup from a visionary idea into a successful business often hinges on securing crucial funding. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by founders, SeedBlink introduces Funding Sprint—a comprehensive, founder-friendly program aimed at providing startups with the tools, guidance, and connections they need to thrive. Unlike traditional accelerators, Funding Sprint offers a blend of preparation and direct funding, streamlining the fundraising process so that founders can concentrate on what they do best: growing their companies.

Funding Sprint stands out by helping startups choose the most effective financing routes. By defining compelling propositions that engage investors and refining pitches and materials to make startups shine, SeedBlink ensures that every founder is well-prepared to engage with potential backers. Strategic introductions to venture capitalists and angel investors through SeedBlink’s extensive network, which includes over 100,000 investors, further bolster the startups’ chances of success.

The program is divided into three phases, each meticulously crafted to address different stages of the fundraising journey.

In Phase I, the Starter Pack, startups begin with an equity and cap table analysis, gaining access to SeedBlink’s Equity Starter plan for a year. This phase includes a thorough review of the pitch deck and consulting sessions to create a tailored fundraising roadmap. This phase sets the foundational elements required for effective fundraising.

Phase II, Assisted Readiness, is designed for startups ready to dive deeper into financial planning and deck optimization. Over the course of up to three months, weekly coaching sessions focus on enhancing the business model, refining financial forecasts, and setting realistic valuation expectations. This phase also includes access to a comprehensive database of venture capitalists and tailored proposals.

Phase III, Raising Capital, focuses on the execution of investment rounds. Startups can choose from various fundraising instruments, all leveraging SeedBlink’s infrastructure and operations. This phase also includes warm introductions to venture capitalists and business angels, guidance on maintaining good corporate governance, and a free upgrade to SeedBlink Equity Growth for one year.

At SeedBlink, we understand the hurdles that tech-driven startups face in their quest for funding. Our goal with Funding Sprint is to simplify the fundraising process, making it as seamless and stress-free as possible. This allows founders to focus on scaling their companies and realizing their visions,” said Ionuț Pătrăhău, Managing Partner and Financial Services at SeedBlink.

Tech startups interested in joining the program can fill out a form on SeedBlink to get started. While the initial payment for Phase I is mandatory, this ensures serious participation and commitment, paving the way for startups to unlock their full potential with expert guidance and proven strategies for securing essential funding.
