The short video highlights some of the players in the green jumpsuits, which are now familiar. Over the course of the 48-second clip, different numbers are shown: 388, 222, 125, and so on. But that last number, 456, belongs to Gi-hun. He eyes the camera with a look of determination, which continues the Squid Game Season 1 closing scene in which Gi-hun promises to destroy those responsible for the deadly games. The teaser ends with the following text: the final game begins.

It’s known that Squid Game Season 2 will include the returns of the Front Man (played by Lee Byung-hun) and The Recruiter (Gong Yoo), in addition to Wi-ha Joon as the police officer Hwang Jun-ho.
