Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan was making headlines after rumors surfaced about him welcoming a third child. Many reports claimed that the actor’s wife was spotted flaunting her baby bump as she attended a birthday party. However, the couple decided to not reveal any details and to keep it private. With an official statement, the actor shared the news that he has welcomed a baby boy with his wife Aarthi.

Taking to his social media handles, Sivakarthikeyan penned a heart-warming note addressed to his fans in English and Tamil. Furthermore, he revealed how he and his family are overjoyed with the arrival of a new member. His note read, “Dear all, Our hearts are overflowing with joy as we welcome our baby boy born on June 2nd. Our family has grown a little bigger and a whole lot happier. We need all your love, support and blessings, as always. -Gugan, Aaradhana, Aarthy & Sivakarthikeyan.”
Sivakarthikeyan’s fans are elated to see the actor become a father again. They are congratulating him and showering him with love. An X (formerly Twitter) user wrote, “Wow. Amazing. Congratulations, and God bless,” while another penned, “Congratulations. may god bless you both & your kids with all good things in abundance.”
For the unversed, Sivakarthikeyan tied the knot with Aarthi in 2010. The couple has two children, a daughter named Aaradhana and a son named Gugan Doss since then. With the new addition, the actor has expanded his family to that of a five.
On the work front, Sivakarthikeyan was last seen in the Tamil sci-fi film Ayalaan. Released ahead of Pongal, the movie faced competition from Dhanush’s Captain Miller. However, it was termed interesting by the family audience. Now, the actor will be next seen in an action role in Amaran. Moreover, he has Ayalaan 2 in his kitty.
