The previous chapter saw Bam receive a significant power boost because of Leviathan and faced off against Dumas. Tower of God chapter 625 recap: Bam and Leviathan team up to attack Dumas
The chapter starts by showing Dumas walking away from a beat-up and unconscious Bam following the intense beating he received. While unconscious, Bam meets with Leviathan in his inner domain. He is shocked to see the place so big, but Leviathan tells him that it is all him. Bam is stunned to hear that it’s all him.
Leviathan acknowledges him, telling him he hasn’t seen one so big since Traumerie, and tells Bam his power is most likely similar to Traumerie’s. Leviathan tells Bam he has the vessel to contain the power and explains his relationship with Traumerei. He hadn’t planned on helping Bam until he confronted trauma, but the dire situation forced him to step in.
He then urges Bam to get up, telling him he will lend him the power of Traumerei. Bam’s stunning transformation stunned Dumas, but the latter was immediately ready to continue the fight. Bam knew that even with Leviathan’s help, a one-on-one brawl with Dumas would only result in a loss for him. Bam forms a bow and fires the arrows straight at Dumas; while they slightly injure him, there is no fatal damage.
Dumas notices the attack isn’t threatening but rather annoying and charges straight for them. However, Bam uses Dumas’s overconfidence to his advantage to land a fatal blow. Angered by his injury, Dumas goes straight for Bam, ignoring the arrows, and arrives at his back. The chapter ends with Bam countering Dumas’ attack with Leviathan’s power, which stuns his opponent.
