Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 Twitch Drops explained

Gamers have been looking forward to Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 for some time now and boy has it delivered.

While there’s a bunch of content to take on in the game, there’s always room for additional goodies – that’s where Twitch Drops come in.

Below, we’ll provide a full explainer on how the Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 Twitch Drops work so you can get your hands on these timed exclusives.

How to get Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 Twitch Drops

To secure the Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 Twitch Drops, you will have to watch streamers with these Drops enabled between September 4 and September 30.

However, there are different Drops requiring different watch times – the Porphyr Shield Chainsword skin, the Porphyr Shield Bolt Rifle skin, and the Porphyr Shield Powerfist skin, so here’s the full rundown on how to get the complete set:

Porphyr Shield Chainsword skin – Watch a streamer with Drops enabled for one hour between September 4, 12:00 AM CET to September 16, 11:59 PM CET.
Porphyr Shield Bolt Rifle skin – Watch a streamer with Drops enabled for one hour between September 17, 12:00 AM CET to September 30, 11:59 PM CET.
Porphyr Shield Powerfist skin – Watch a VIP Streamer with Drops enabled for one hour between September 4, 6:00 PM CET to September 30, 11:59 PM CET.

As you can see, the outlier here is the Porphyr Shield Powerfist skin which requires you to watch a special set of VIP Streamers. Ensure you’ve got the right one via this list.

Once you watch for the necessary amount of time, just claim your items from the Twitch system and you should be able to see them in-game.

If, for some reason they aren’t shown, do a restart of your game and they should appear.

Although technically not a normal Drop, you can secure another skin – the Porphyr Shield Bolt Pistol – if you gift 2 subscriptions to any channel streaming the game between September 4, 6:00 PM CET and September 30, 11:59 PM CET.

While this is a ‘paid’ skin, it may be worth it for you to complete the Porphyr set.
