Fans of Selling Sunset all have one question on their minds: Did Chelsea Lazkani’s husband, Jeff, cheat on her? This was after the recently released Selling Sunset Season 8 comprised crucial revelations about Chelsea’s marriage with Jeff and things that seemingly went wrong between both of them. This curiosity also comes after reports from earlier this year confirmed that Chelsea and Jeff had divorced.

Did Jeff Lazkani cheat on Selling Sunset’s Chelsea?

In Selling Sunset Season 8, Bre Tiesi learned that Jeff Lazkani cheated on his ex-wife, Chelsea. She informed Chelsea of the same, believing she “had the right to know” despite their prior disagreements. Tiesi first learned of Jeff’s seeming infidelity in the third episode. She learned of it from one of her friends, Amanda Lynn. Lynn, in turn, learned of it from one of her friends living at Hollywood’s W Hotel, who saw Jeff locking lips with a woman living there who was not Chelsea.
Chelsea took Bre at her word and became devastated. Despite this, she questioned Bre’s motive behind their conversation about Jeff’s supposed infidelity taking place on camera, accusing her of trying to ruin her marriage.
Little to nothing was known about the actual details of where Chelsea’s marriage stood in Selling Sunset, even as the latest season came to a close. Chelsea, however, addressed something about her future in a confessional. “The foundation I’ve built in Manhattan Beach is something I thought I’d be building for years to come,” she mentioned. “I would’ve fought till the very end for my marriage,” she added.
In March 2024, People Magazine obtained court documents confirming Chelsea Lazkani’s divorce from Jeff. “Irreconcilable differences” were cited as the reason. The documents also revealed that Chelsea was seeking spousal support from Jeff. She’s also seeking joint custody of their children, Maddox Ali Lavon and Melia Iman.
As per a source of US Weekly, Chelsea knew Jeff had not been faithful to her for quite some time. She had been waiting to catch him in the act prior to her filing.
Jeff responded to the divorce filing in April 2024. As per a later report from People, Jeff alleged via a declaration that Chelsea was physically aggressive and struck him in the face. This subsequently broke his spectacles and caused a small cut on his face. He also accused her of “exhibiting suspicious behavior,” claiming that many of his personal belongings had been stolen from him from his and Chelsea’s Manhattan Beach, California home.
