The current season trailer has showcased the Kents in the Fortress of Solitude, grappling with Clark’s lifeless body, while Jordan strives to step up as a superhero. Meanwhile, they will also have to contend with Lex Luthor’s sinister schemes, as he is shown wearing the Steel armor.
In an interview with TV Line in May 2024. Brad Schwartz, the President of Entertainment at CW, shared, “It is a weekly event television. Greg Berlanti and the producers have constructed 10 bangers. They go for it. I’ve cried twice watching (the first nine episodes), and I haven’t even gotten to the finale yet. It’s Emmy-worthy,”
He also provided additional details about the show’s specifics, stating, “And, by the way, you can watch this final season without having watched the previous (seasons) and still be emotionally invested in what is happening. It’s a wonderful, 10-episode, contained arc.”
