YWCA 25th Annual Race Against Hate: Thousands of runners will gather to run and walk in memory of Ricky Byrdsong, a 43-year-old former Northwestern basketball coach who was killed in Skokie during a white supremacist’s shooting spree in 1999. The race features a 10k run, 5k run/walk, and mile and half-mile courses for children.
