WWE star and former Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley surprisingly made her presence known at AEW Double or Nothing. The event was held on May 26 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Following WWE WrestleMania 40, Liv Morgan attacked Rhea Ripley backstage on RAW while she was with Dominik Mysterio. During the brawl, Morgan used a chair to attack Ripley and threw her against the wall, causing an injury. As a result, Ripley officially announced her title relinquishment due to the injury, marking the end of her 380-day title reign.
While recovering from her injury, Rhea Ripley has been spotted spending time with her fiancé, AEW star Buddy Matthews. Additionally, she has been seen enjoying time with her longtime friends from Australia, the tag team known as the Aussie Greeks. Ripley has been sharing pictures and videos of her fun moments with her fiancé and friends on social media.
Amid her injury, reports have emerged that Rhea Ripley was at AEW Double or Nothing. According to Fightful Select, Ripley was backstage at last month’s AEW Double or Nothing pay-per-view event in Las Vegas on May 26, reportedly visiting during the event.

Regardless, he interfered during Malakai Black and Adam Copeland’s TNT title match. Despite his interference, Copeland managed to defeat Black and retain his title. However, reports emerged after the match that Copeland suffered an injury. This led to him relinquishing his TNT title.
