The Epic Games Store gives away at least one free game each week to anyone with an Epic Games Store account — which itself is also free. This week, gamers can pick up an anthology of Fallout’s pre-Fallout 3 games for PC, and the NFL players-licensed Wild Card Football, an arcade version of the sport kicking off next week.
Epic also announced the two games that follow Fallout Classic Collection and Wild Card Football. They are:
Football Manager 2024: This is the latest version of Sega’s cornerstone in the sports management simulation genre. Football Manager 2024 is last year’s game — new versions of the annual series typically launch in November, but players of FM24 will be able to transfer their save files to Football Manager 2025 when that comes around.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts: Sniping shooter games are an acquired taste, therefore destined for “mixed or average” reviews. Ghost Warrior Contracts, published in 2019, still righted the ship for the franchise after CI Games’ attempt at an open-world game (Sniper Ghost Warrior 3) did not go so well in 2017. Players won’t just have a powerful rifle to complete their missions, an array of tactically useful gadgets will also help them clear out their sniping position and set up for one perfect shot.
Those will be available beginning Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. EDT, until Sept. 12 at 11 a.m. EDT.

Fallout Classic Collection comprises 1997’s Fallout and 1998’s Fallout 2, both isometrically-presented, turn-based role-playing games published by Interplay Games, and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel, a real-time tactics RPG developed by Micro Forté and published in 2001. “Modern” Fallout, as a collection of third- or first-person, open-world action RPGs, begins with Bethesda Game Studios’ Fallout 3 in 2008.
Wild Card Football launched in Oct. 20 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X, as well as PC. Though the game does not have NFL licensing (and therefore the league’s teams, uniforms, and marks), it does have a group license from its players’ union, meaning all-star rosters drawn from more than 2,000 real-life football players and past superstars. It’s a 7-on-7 game of wide-open American football, with trick plays, power-ups, and bizarre stadiums to complete the arcade aesthetic.
Fallout Classic Collection and Wild Card Football may be claimed until Sept. 5 at 11 a.m. EDT, either through the Epic Games website or its client app. Mac OS users may still claim PC-only games, they just have to log in on a Windows PC to play them.
