Cameron Brink is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Ben Felter. On Monday, September 30, Brink took to Instagram to announce her engagement. The 22-year-old basketball star shared photos of her and Felter in Paris. “Yes in every lifetime,” she wrote in the caption.
The proposal happened at the Shangri-La Paris Hotel. Brink was present at the Balenciaga show and didn’t even know that Felter intended to travel to Paris as he told her he had some work on the West Coast.
Felter is originally from Palo Alto, California. His mother is Lynn Bergeron Felter, the founder of Across The Line Products, a company known for giving a hilarious and creative spin on various items. Felter has two brothers, Max and Darby, who regularly appear on his Instagram page.
What is Ben Felter’s job?
In 2019, Felter came to Stanford University to join its rowing team. As a student-athlete, he recently began his fifth year as a graduate in the computer science program there. He became an IRCA scholar-athlete twice at Stanford.
In 2022, Felter joined the Defense Innovative Unit as a part-time portfolio analyst. Additionally, he interned as a software engineer at the cryptocurrency startup Kaladin from June to August 2022 and was a part-time machine learning engineer at Chegg Inc., which “provides individualized learning support to students” from June 2023 to November 2023, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Brink and Felter met at Stanford, where Brink was also a student-athlete. They began dating in March 2021 and celebrated their third anniversary together this year. “Three years together, a day to celebrate the soul that makes me whole,” Felter captioned several photos with Brink on Instagram at the time.
