George Kittle and Claire’s relationship history
In their 2018 proposal video, Kittle spoke about their first meeting, noting that he was 18 years old at the time and a freshman in college. “I saw her and I was like, ‘Goddamn, who is that?’ ” he said. “He was like, ‘Oh, that’s Claire. Actually, one of my friends says she’s a total b****.’ And I was like, you know what, I am gonna find out for myself.”
They began dating about eight months after that and moved to California together after Kittle got drafted. On August 10, 2018, Kittle took Claire to Santa Cruz’s Twin Lakes State Beach under the pretext of a photoshoot and asked her to marry him. Claire accepted happily. “You little shit,” she said to Kittle whiled laughing.
The couple eloped and exchanged wedding vows on April 9, 2019. In 2021, they tied the wedding knot a second time in Nashville, Tennessee, in April 2021.
In a February 2023 post on Instagram, Claire disclosed that she had an ectopic pregnancy.
