Liv Morgan retained her Women’s World Title thanks to a chaotic turn of events involving Dominik Mysterio. During the match, Dominik interfered, giving Zelina Vega an opening to gain the upper hand. In a surprising move, Dominik offered Vega a steel chair to use as a weapon. However, Vega refused and instead attacked Dominik with the chair. This unexpected distraction allowed Morgan to capitalize. She hit her finisher, the Oblivion, to stun Vega and secure the pinfall victory.
The tension between Liv Morgan and Zelina Vega spilled over onto X (formerly Twitter) after their Raw match. Fans questioned Vega’s decision not to use the steel chair that Dominik Mysterio offered her. Vega fired back, saying she’d rather follow the example of her mentor Rey Mysterio than Dominik and that she wouldn’t stoop to cheating for a win.
This led to a response from Liv Morgan, stating that no one had cheated. Vega replied, telling Morgan to stop fooling herself and to stop stalking her tweets.
