ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Wilderwood is a nonprofit providing equine inspired, autistic-led, services, research, and programs for the autistic community with a focus on women. The organization is holding a major fundraising event, AutFest New Mexico on July 13 at Hotel Andaluz.

The fest informs, educates and celebrates achievements and talents of autistic women. The event will be split into three sessions. From 9 a.m. – noon there will be guest speakers, a Q&A and a book signing. From 1 – 5 p.m. there will be a showing of documentary films and speaker. From 7 – 9 p.m. there will be a catered reception, this session will be held at Wilderwood in Peralta. Tickets are $50 and each session will be ticketed separately.
