Extra Scary Trailer for Indie Horror ‘Oddity’

“My dead wife is not haunting this house!” IFC Films has unveiled the trailer for an indie horror film titled Oddity, the second feature film from Irish filmmaker Damian McCarthy. This chilling Irish horror thriller originally premiered at the 2024 SXSW Film Festival earlier this year to some rave reviews from critics, with many viewers saying it has a few of the freakiest jumpscares they’ve seen in years. Get ready. Uncover the truth behind a sister’s death with the help of a wooden mannequin. When Dani is brutally murdered at the remote country house that she and her husband are renovating, everyone suspects a patient from the local mental institution. However, soon after the tragic killing, the suspect is found dead. Dani’s blind twin sister Darcy is convinced that there was more to her sister’s murder than people know, so she brings with her the most dangerous items from her cursed collection to help her exact revenge.
