Inklusive App, launched during the conference annual LGBT+ at Work 2024 in Bucharest

The Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce (RDCC), in collaboration with Accenture, will launch Inklusive, an innovative mobile application, during the upcoming LGBT+ at Work Conference 2024.

This mobile application will be a hub for LGBT+ resources in Romania, offering centralized access to community information, events, health and legal services, promoting diversity and inclusion in society while addressing issues of discrimination, hate and harassment.

The Inklusive app is designed to have a significant impact on improving the quality of life and safety of its users.

The LGBT+ at Work 2024 conference, which will take place on June 25, will be hosted at the French Institute in Bucharest, starting at 9 a.m. The conference is sponsored by Accenture, Dentons and MyEcoBox, with the support of the Embassies of Great Britain, France, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and the United States in Romania, Accept, the Embassy of Sustainability in Romania, the British-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, the Dutch-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, the Portuguese-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the French Institute.

The event aims to encourage dialogue and promote best practices for LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace, driving economic growth and business success through diversity. 

H.E. Nicolas Warnery – French Ambassador to Romania, who will deliver an opening speech to the conference, followed by a presentation by Dominic Arnall, Chief Executive of Open for Business UK, who will talk about their latest report, “Investors’ Guide for LGBT+ Inclusion.” This report represents the most comprehensive and compelling evidence yet on the economic and business benefits of LGBT+ inclusion, synthesizing hundreds of academic studies, business reports, datasets and expert insights.
