Interpol have added a number of US dates to their 2024 ‘Antics’ 20th anniversary tour. Find ticket details below.

The album, which was released in 2004, marked the band’s second studio album and peaked at Number 15 on the Billboard 200 and at Number 21 in the UK Albums Chart. It included indie disco staples including ‘Slow Hands’, ‘Evil’, alongside fan favourites ‘C’mere’ and ‘Narc’.
Not only did it catapult the members to new heights following the breakthrough LP ‘Turn On The Bright Lights’, it also led to them signing to a major label for the follow-up ‘Our Love To Admire’.
Now, following on the heels of a number of shows across the UK and Europe to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the album, the band have confirmed details of some tour dates across the pond.
Three dates have been lined up, with the first taking place at The Salt Shed venue in Chicago on November 19. The second show will be held at The Moody Amphitheater in Austin, Texas, the following night, followed by a final show at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on November 23.
The band will be joined in each of the three cities by a different special guest – with Deafheaven, …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead, and The Walkmen acting as support respectively.

Interpol’s US tour dates are:
NOVEMBER
19 – The Salt Shed, Chicago, IL
20 – The Moody Amphitheater, Austin, TX
23 – Kia Forum, Los Angeles, CA
Before the US tour, the band will play the album in full for six shows in the UK in November. These were the first run of dates announced, however, back in April it was confirmed that they had also locked in some European shows to celebrate the album’s 20th anniversary.
Now, the tour will kick off in Stockholm on October 19 before moving on to Copenhagen the following night and will finish with two shows in Amsterdam on October 29 and 30. Visit here for UK and European tickets.
The announcement comes as the band’s drummer Sam Fogarino recently confirmed that he will not be joining the band on the road “for the time being” after undergoing spinal surgery.
Interpol played ‘Antics’ in full at a special gig in Paris last year, months ahead of the 19th anniversary of that album. The show took place at the Philharmonie de Paris and saw the band air ‘A Time To Be So Small’ for the first time since 2007.
Speaking to NME recently, guitarist Daniel Kessler explained what fans can expect from their upcoming shows. “We did two shows in France where we played ‘Antics’ in full [last year], and it’s been really strange. It’s nerve-wracking at first,” he explained.
“It might not seem that much of a stretch for a band to play an album in sequence, but it really is. It’s sequenced for the record in a very intentional way, but performing it as such means going from first gear to fourth gear and vice versa.
“When we did those two shows, it really took some activating and getting used to – regardless of how many times you’ve played those songs before.”
He also looked back at the legacy around the album, and what it was like to see that it had been leaked before the official release date. “Honestly, it was easy come, easy go. It was another era. I was happy that we had the last final taste of that era of the music industry, but it had all just evolved so rapidly from piracy to downloads to streaming. It was at break-neck speed, so when it happened I wasn’t that angry – but I was surprised.
“It’s not something you wish for, but there was also something amazing with what was happening. If you lived in a remote part of the world with a certain taste in music then suddenly you wouldn’t be punished for your geographical location. That excited me more than I was disappointed that the record leaked.”
In other Interpol news, the band are among those listed as the bookies have shared their odds for who may be playing a secret set at Glastonbury 2024.
