‘Necro Techno Flesh Complex’ now open at Meow Wolf Santa Fe

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – There’s a new room premiering at Meow Wolf Santa Fe’s House of Eternal Return. “Necro Techno Flesh Complex” is a new permanent installation by New Zealand-born artist Jess Johnson.

Meow Wolf announces sixth location, California debut

A Meow Wolf press release states the installation is a fusion of 2D drawings and 3D physical environments, along with digital animation. Officials say Johnson’s meticulously hand-drawn worlds are “brought to life in three dimensions, transforming the static into dynamic.”

“We are currently adding new installations to discover so every guest can have a unique experience each time they visit,” said Susan Garbett, General Manager. “Necro Techno Flesh Complex is a 360-degree journey into the imagination of a highly-disciplined and fascinating artist.”

The installation is now open to the public.
