Santa Fe gas station clerk accused of shooting at customer

SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – Santa Fe police arrested a gas station clerk on Monday for shooting at a customer. Police said 33-year-old Diego Reyes-Andrade got into an altercation with a man outside of the Speedway gas station on Airport Road.


Santa Fe police chief calls for change after reckless driver, shooting incident

The customer said Reyes-Andrade called him racial slurs. He accused Reyes-Andrade of shooting at his feet. The customer was not injured. When police responded, they found the gun and Reyes-Andrade admitted he was drinking. He is facing charges of aggravated assault, unlawful carrying, and negligent use of a deadly weapon.
