A signed copy of one of Taylor Swift‘s first recordings has fetched a hefty amount at an auction – find out more below.

This past weekend, Goldin Auctions ended its bidding process for a signed CD of Swift’s self-produced recordings. According to the official Goldin Auctions website, the CD was recorded when she was 11. As of June 16, the winning bid has been locked in at USD $12,505. A total of 53 bids were placed between May 19 and June 16, starting at $100.
The signed recording comes with six tracks, two of which were originals. Those two songs, ‘Am I Ready For Love’ and ‘Can I Go With You’, have never been released. The four remaining songs on the CD include covers of The Chicks’ (formerly known as the Dixie Chicks) ‘There’s Your Trouble’, Dolly Parton‘s ‘Here You Come Again’ and Olivia Newton-John‘s ‘Hopelessly Devoted To You’.

Besides its track list, the CD also includes a printing of Taylor Swift’s photo, and contact information including an email address and her website.
Most recently, Swift has confirmed that her career-spanning show, the ‘Eras’ tour, will come to an end this December. The tour began in March 2023, and has recently crossed its 100th show. Swift will perform for one night in Cardiff today (June 18) and three in London’s Wembley Stadium on June 21-23. She then heads to Dublin on June 28, before taking the tour around Europe.
Following her European stint, she will return to North America for her last grouping of ‘Eras’ concerts in Miami, New Orleans and Indianapolis in October and November and then Canada. Her last show for the year – and seeming the ‘Eras’ tour as a whole – is currently slated for December 8 in Vancouver, British Columbia.
