The most important difference between cample-html and htmx is a slightly different project idea. The main goal of the project is to create a small template language over HTML that will allow you to work with the server. For this, the template syntax is used and for this purpose createTemplate was created, which serves as a small function into which you can pass a string, and at the output you will receive a ready-made template that you can work with. It is planned to create a separate file extension that will allow you to conveniently work with the server without template and other things. Therefore, in cample-html, events for template are optional, because this is intended for the future creation of something like index.php, where it is possible to mix regular HTML and server-side HTML.
`<template data-cample data-src=”/api/test” data-method=”get”></template>`
);
This will make something like a small template language:
I wanted to do something similar in cample.js, but then I realized that it needed to be moved to a separate repository as a project.
