ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The next stage of construction has begun at North Domingo Baca Park.
Crews are working now on the new aquatic center and resurfacing the tennis courts.
The new natatorium plans call for an Olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, a diving pool, and a heated warm-up pool.
This portion of the project is scheduled to be completed in September of 2025.
This phase of construction is budgeted at $12.7 million.
