ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A new murals tour is coming to Downtown Albuquerque. It’s a new offering from ABQ Artwalk and the Downtown ABQ Mainstreet and Arts & Cultural District.
Officials say the art walk will be a monthly walking tour led by local blogger Eric Castillo that will look at various Downtown murals. Castillo will talk about the artists and stories behind the murals. The tour begins with a meet-up at Art Stop at 7th and Gold Avenue and the tour is free.
The first tour will be on June 7. More information is available on the ABQ Artwalk website.
