Look inside Airbnb’s Incredibles mansion just off the Sunset Strip

Style icon Edna Mode will be your Airbnb host when you check into her chic minimalist mansion just off the Sunset Strip and her team of designers creates a custom supersuit so you can join the Incredibles to help save the world.

Fans of the 2004 Pixar animated film “The Incredibles” can request to book the Airbnb Icons home starting on Friday, May 24 through Tuesday, May 28.

“Hello, darling. It’s me, Edna Mode,” reads the Airbnb landing page. “The mastermind behind some of your favorite super looks, including Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl and Frozone.”

The Incredibles-themed home — which is part of Airbnb’s Icons collection — is tucked away behind closed gates just off Sunset Boulevard near La Cienega Boulevard.

Anybody can request to book the three-hour experience in Edna’s mansion at no cost.

Airbnb will offer 15 free experiences for up to 4 people per visit between June 6 and June 29. You just need to answer a question about why you want to visit Edna’s place and describe your superpower.

Airbnb will randomly choose potential guests and invite them to book a visit at the Incredibles Icons house. Winners will need to provide their own travel to and from Los Angeles.

The single-day experience will be hosted by Incredibles designer extraordinaire Edna Mode, who will invite guests to step into her world of fashion and flair.

“Behold! My impeccably-designed sanctum!” reads the Airbnb landing page. “Explore my mansion and enjoy its exquisitely crafted details.”

But like many Airbnb hosts, the fashion designer to the Incredibles team of superheroes won’t be around when the guests arrive and check in.

“I’m busier than ever these days — but do take advantage of my team of expert designers,” reads the Airbnb landing page. “I’ll personally ensure you leave looking fabulous.”

Once you check in, Edna’s team of design experts will show you around the mansion and help you dream up your one-of-a-kind Incredibles supersuit tailored to your own unique powers.

“Design a supersuit of your very own, fit for any adventure,” reads the Airbnb landing page. “It will be bold! Dramatic! Heroic! But remember — no capes!”

You won’t be able to wear your new supersuit around Edna’s mansion. It will arrive in the mail a few weeks later.

The tour of the Incredibles Airbnb home starts at the front gate where you will have to navigate Edna’s security system.

Inside Edna’s private sanctuary, the austere mansion blends a modern aesthetic with an aura of boldness and sophistication.

“My home is a work of art — chic, minimalist design elegantly paired with state-of-the-art technology,” reads the Airbnb landing page. “It’s truly a modern masterpiece. Generations of Supers have walked these halls.”

The walls are covered with Edna’s artwork and samples from her supersuit collection.

Two mannequins wearing Incredibles supersuits are on display in Edna’s lab where your one-on-one design consultation will take place.

Nearby, a large digital screen displays stats and data about Mr. Incredible’s iconic red and black supersuit.

Edna’s top secret design sketchbook is open for guests to take a peek in the mansion’s living room.

Edna Mode’s Incredibles mansion is part of Airbnb’s Icons collection. Past Airbnb Icons houses have been themed to Shrek, Barbie and Ted Lasso. Upcoming Icons houses will be dedicated to the Pixar animated films “Up” and “Inside Out.”

The Pixar animation studio has been getting a big push from Disney with “Inside Out 2” coming to theaters June 14 and “Elio” (2025) and “Toy Story 5” (2026) in the pipeline over the next couple years.

Pixar Fest runs through Aug. 4 at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure with the Better Together parade, “Together Forever” fireworks show and Club Pixar dance party. Characters from “The Incredibles,” “Inside Out,” “Up” and “Toy Story” play a key role in the parade and fireworks show.
