With a fortune to rival nations and a mind that could put most strategists to shame, Sinbad became a legend, gathering fame everywhere he went. However, his arrogance left him vulnerable, as he believed himself to be superior to others.

As the Queen of Vampires, Mina Tepes, is no slouch when it comes to wealth. Having lived a long time and inherited her mother’s fortune, she is almost unrivaled in terms of wealth. After her mother was killed in the vampire war, Mina reestablished the Tepes family, making it a reputable force once again. She purchased an entire island close to Japan to serve as her vampire colony. She was rich enough to pay off Japan’s national debt worth 40 trillion yen by herself without batting an eye. Mina then threatened the government, not with force but by withdrawing the vampire’s support in Japan. It is safe to say that Mina earns her spot among the richest anime characters.
