‘Close To You’

Other songs on the album include the recent single ‘Risk’, as well as tracks like ‘Felt Good About You’, ‘I Love You, I’m Sorry’, ‘Normal Thing’ and ‘Close To You’.

Abrams’ upcoming collaboration with Taylor Swift comes after she opened for the latter during a number of Swift’s 2023 ‘Eras’ tour dates. Abrams will be rejoining ‘Eras’ tour later this fall. She will be opening for Swift when the tour returns to North America for 18 shows over nearly two months, starting October 18 in Miami and running through December 8 in Vancouver.

For her debut album, ‘Good Riddance’, Gracie Abrams worked with The National‘s Aaron DessnerIn a four-star review, NME wrote: “Gracie Abrams has always been an artist to wear her feelings on her sleeve. In her music, tiny, heart-breaking details are put front and centre, with specific minutiae shining through her lyrics. It’s the songwriting that really makes Abrams’ music shine [on ‘Good Riddance’].”

“[The album] brilliantly, if subtly, displays a newfound maturity for Abrams.”
