ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Andrew Miller, a convicted con man with an extensive criminal history was back in court Wednesday for probation violation from a seven year old case.
Miller was sentenced to five years in 2017 for charges from a 2007 case and was released on supervised probation in 2022. Miller is accused of raping two women last year, telling them that he was producing a reality TV show. Miller also allegedly violated a protection order filed by one of the victims by talking about the case on a podcast.
Tuesday, a warrant was issued for violating his probation. Judge Angela Jewell ordered Miller to turn himself into MDC on a bench warrant, to be released with a GPS monitor, and then return in two weeks for another hearing on his probation violation. Miller pleaded not guilty to the rape charges.
