Albuquerque woman ordered to recovery program for 4th DWI conviction

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Angelique Marvin, arrested for her fourth DWI in November, was ordered to undergo treatment for alcohol abuse. Marvin hit a truck behind a gas station in northwest Albuquerque and walked away. She was found a few minutes later and placed under arrest.

Marvin blew four times the legal limit. In February, she pled guilty to a fourth offense of driving under the influence. Judge Lucy Solomon ordered Marvin to be placed under the supervision of pretrial services and go through the DWI court recovery program. She will be sentenced once she is done with the program.
