Witnesses told police that a group of juveniles were sitting at a table in the food court when one male juvenile grabbed a bag, yelled an obscenity, and ran to the exit. That’s when police say Herandez ran toward the other juvenile, pulled a gun, and witnesses said they heard a shot.

Hernandez has been charged with negligent use of a deadly weapon.
