ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Gas Company is supporting Native American students in the state through its scholarship program.
The scholarship program supports Native American students in New Mexico pursuing an associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree. Students seeking a trade certification are also eligible for the program. 20 initial or renewal scholarships will be awarded in 2024, each worth $3,000.
Application Requirements:
New Mexico resident at time of application
Enrolled member of New Mexico Pueblo, Tribe or Nation
High school senior expected to graduate or have a GED
Native American students currently enrolled in post secondary institution
