Recently, Aamir Khan echoed the sentiments of countless fans of Indian cinema when he expressed his desire to join forces with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan for a project. Appearing on The Great Indian Kapil Show, Aamir responded to a question from an audience member about the possibility of a joint venture between the three Khans.
The actor said, “Aapki aur meri thinking bilkul same hai (Our thinking matches),” affirming that something could be in store with the three actors. He also recounted his recent conversations with Shah Rukh and Salman, stressing the significance of collaborating after years of parallel journeys in the film industry.
“I recently met Shah Rukh and Salman and told them, ‘Hum teeno ek hi industry mein itne saalon se hain aur yeh audience ke liye kaafi galat hojayega ki career ke is dauran agar hum saath mein ek film na kaaren. Ek film toh banti hai (We have been working in the same industry for so many years, and at this juncture of our career, it would be unfair to the audience if we didn’t make a film together. We must do at least one film together),” Aamir emphasized, underlining the importance of such a collaboration for their audience.
Adding to the excitement, Aamir Khan shared that they are “actively seeking a compelling story and script.” This further fueled anticipation for their potential project.
As fans await further developments, Aamir Khan continues to bask in the success of his recent production, Laapataa Ladies. Additionally, the actor is busy with his highly anticipated project, Sitaare Zameen Par.
