Entrepreneurs from Bacău can sign up until May 12 to learn for six months how to grow their own businesses within Orizon Hub, a space created by Bacău City Hall to support startups in the cultural and creative industries. Orizont Hub was launched to become a space for the development of the entrepreneurial environment and will be inaugurated on April 12.
One of the first activities of the hub is to run an incubation program that includes group workshops, individual mentoring sessions, counseling and participant promotion events.
The incubation program runs for six months and is organized by the Romanian Association for Startups in Technology (ROTSA). It addresses topics such as finding the right solutions for user needs, setting customer profiles, product development, marketing and branding, finding the right partners and investors.
Validation of the problem (finding appropriate solutions through a deep understanding of users’ needs);
Identifying customer profile (discovering user needs for developing successful products),
Product-Market Fit (finding the ideal overlap between product and market),
Pitching – how to convince investors and key partners, etc.
