As of April 2024, the Berserk manga is still ongoing.
Berserk is a seinen manga series by Kentaro Miura. Hakusensha serialized the series in their magazine Monthly Animal House from 1989 to 1992, which became Young Animal in 1992. Meanwhile, Dark Horse Comics handles the North American and English releases of the series.
There are currently 42 volumes available in Japanese. The English version has 41 volumes available. There is no information yet about the release of Volume 42 in English.
Following the death of Miura in May 2021, the series’ future was uncertain. The last chapter he did was published in September 2021. Hakusensha and Kouji Mori then announced in June 2022 that the series was going to continue. Mori, Miura’s childhood friend, is supervising while Miura’s apprentices and assistants are doing the art.

You can read the Berserk manga online by purchasing the volumes digitally on Dark Horse Comics.
Each volume costs $8.99. If you purchase the volumes in groups of four, it costs $29.99. Dark Horse Comics has a dedicated app where you can read the volumes you bought. However, the app is currently only available on the Apple App Store. Otherwise, you can read the manga on any web browser.
Physical copies are also available to buy on Dark Horse Comics. A paperback volume costs $14.99 each. They also sell deluxe hardcover versions, which compile three volumes into one. Deluxe hardcover versions cost $49.99 each.
