GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) – KRQE News 13 has learned the identity of the Gallup Fire Department firefighter facing criminal charges. According to the New Mexico Department of Justice, Andres Garcia is facing charges for possession of child sexual abuse material including exploitation of children under the age of 13.
The Gallup city website has Garcia listed as Firefighter Two.
