IBB Holding Group has inaugurated the concrete plant in Mogoșoaia, following RON 7.5 M investment

IBB Holding Group SA (IBB Holding), a construction company covering fields such as infrastructure, civil and industrial construction, concrete and asphalt production, real estate development, as well as other construction services, has inaugurated a new concrete plant in Mogoșoaia, in the northern area of Bucharest, following an investment of RON 7.5 million.

The group currently operates 3 facilities that produce concrete for engineering constructions, road concrete, and cement stabilized aggregates, near Bucharest, in Pantelimon, Ciorogârla, Mogoșoaia, as well as an asphalt mix production station in Pantelimon. IBB Holding thus responds to the increasing requests from clients for concrete, used in infrastructure projects, civil and industrial construction sectors, especially in the northern area of the Capital. The concrete and concrete products are continuously subjected to verification and monitoring to ensure compliance with technical standards and customer quality requirements.

The concrete plant in Mogoșoaia is certified according to RENAR standards for producing concrete for engineering constructions, road concrete, and cement stabilized aggregates, having a production capacity of 100 cubic meters per hour. This certification confirms IBB Holding’s commitment to ensuring the quality of its products and adhering to the highest standards in the construction field.

Among the most significant completed projects are the modernization of the PDA2 runway at Henri Coandă Airport, the modernization of the runways at Clinceni Aerodrome, and the road superstructure of the Berceni-Bucharest road conjunction, the widening to 4 lanes of the Bucharest ring road and the development of the Oltenița-Bucharest road junction, widening to 4 lanes of traffic for DN1, kilometer 95+100 and kilometer 95+400 in Cornu, Prahova. Additionally, the Group has contracted project values in progress of over EUR 270 million, with the most important projects being: A7 Highway Section 1 1 Dumbrava – Mizil, the DN1D – A7 bypass road, widening to 4 lanes and the construction of a long-term parking lot with an area of ~30,000 sqm – National Road Bucharest Ring Road (A0) between the A1 Highway and DN5, periodic maintenance and repair works of national roads in Prahova, Giurgiu, and Bucharest, as well as for the A2, A3 Highways.
