has been canceled for the second year in a row.

a statement posted on the festivals website and Instagram reads.

festival typically takes place over Labor Day weekend along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in
Philadelphia
. The inaugural festival

and it continued to happenannually until 2020 due to COVID-19
