Meteorologists announce rain in the south, center and east of the country until Friday morning at 06:00. Also, in the mountains, at over 1,500 meters altitude, there will be precipitation in the form of sleet and snow.
The National Meteorology Administration (ANM) announced that, until Friday, at 06.00, it will rain in the south, center and east of the country.
“There will be mainly showers, which in the southeastern regions will be accompanied by electrical discharges, short-term intensification of the wind and isolated hail. In short intervals of time or through accumulation, water quantities of 15…25 l/m2 will be recorded locally“, the ANM reported on Thursday.
At altitudes above 1,500 m, especially in the Southern and Eastern Carpathians, there will be precipitation in the form of sleet and snow.
In Bucharest, the temperature values will be below the multiannual averages, so the maximum temperature will be around 17 degrees, and the minimum 7…8 degrees. During the day and at the beginning of the night, there will be temporarily heavy clouds, showers (around 10 l/m2) and lightning, then the sky will become variable. The wind will generally blow moderately.
