Ram Charan’s RC 16 has been officially launched. However, the makers have not unveiled many details about the movie. Discussions about its cast and release date have happened in the film circles, but no announcement has been made yet. A new report claims the release date window of the movie is in about a year. Here are all the details about the upcoming movie.
RC 16 to release in 2025?
RC 16’s launch ceremony took place on March 20 in the presence of several stars from the Telugu film industry. Following the launch, the makers are expected to begin the shoot soon. According to a report by 123telugu.com, the film will be on the floors by the beginning of July. Moreover, the report claimed that the movie will come out by the Summer of 2025. However, an official announcement regarding this is awaited.
As the name suggests, the movie marks Ram Charan’s 16th project. It is the first collaboration between the actor and Buchi Babu Sana. As per reports, the production company Mythri Movie Makers brought the two together. Bollywood diva Janhvi Kapoor has been roped in to play the leading lady. Rumors about Sanjay Dutt taking up the head antagonist’s role are also swirling around. Allegedly, the actor recently met Buchi Babu Sana for a narration and showed his interest in the script. More names from the Telugu film industry are expected to come on board.
On the work front, Ram Charan will be next seen in S Shankar’s directorial Game Changer. Kiara Advani plays the leading lady in the movie, while Sri Venkateswara Creations is bankrolling it on a generous budget. The actor’s 17th project has also been announced, tentatively titled RC17. The movie is being helmed by Pushpa director Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
