SIFI Cluj Retail Bucharest (ARCU), a company controlled by SIF Imobiliare (SIFI), announced an agreement for the sale of all real estate and fixed assets in the portfolio for the amount of 24.3 million euros. SIFI Cluj Retail SA (formerly Arta Culinară SA) owns commercial premises in Cluj Napoca that it rents (restaurants, event halls, etc.).
SIFI Cluj Retail SA is listed on the stock exchange, in the AeRO market. The company is owned by SIF Imobiliare, also listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, on AeRO. For its part, SIF Imobiliare is 99.9% controlled by LION Capital (formerly SIF Banat-Crisana), a company listed on the BVB main market, where it is currently valued at 1.41 billion lei.
A day ago, SIF Imobiliare had announced that it had also sold its full holding in SIFI BH Retail Oradea, a company with a similar activity to SIF Cluj Retail, for 9.5 million euros and 474,900 lei.
