Learn from biblical teaching from Francis and Lisa Chan’s “You and Me Forever.” Participants will discuss what marriage is like in the light of eternity, learn how marriage was designed for God’s purpose and to make decisions for marriage based on faith. Socialize from 6 to 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. New in-house chefs will serve a family style dinner and a cash bar will be available. Open to those 21 and older. Chuck’s Southern Comfort Cafe will provide heavy hors d’oeuvres, and soft drinks, coffee and water will be served. St. John Neumann Parish, 17951 Dixie Highway: Piecemakers prayer shawl ministry from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursdays. The group makes blankets to distribute to nursing homes, hospitals, to shut-ins, parishes in need and Catholic Charities.
