During the latest edition of WWE RAW, The Rock announced a Bloodline rules match between Seth Rollins and Solo Sikoa for the main event, involving The Bloodline and Seth Rollins. After the segment, The Bloodline and The Rock appeared in a backstage scene.

Roman Reigns stated he would start preparing his speech and gestured towards Paul Heyman. Heyman informed the WWE Universe that Roman Reigns, his Tribal Chief, would induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame this Friday.

Paul Heyman on why Roman Reigns would shine in any WWE era

The partnership between Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns began in August 2020. Shortly after teaming up, Reigns quickly won the WWE Universal Championship. He won the title in a triple-threat match against Braun Strowman and The Fiend.

Reigns has since become the most dominant champion of the modern era, holding the title for more than 1300 days. Recently, in an interview with The Rich Eisen Show, Heyman declared that regardless of the era, Roman Reigns would always stand out as the top star.

Speaking with Sports Illustrated, Paul Heyman explained why he stands by the statement. He made it in a previous interview on The Rich Eisen Show. He said, “Roman Reigns is the most innovative, transformative, disruptive superstar in the history of pro wrestling/sports entertainment. The reason why I can accurately make that statement is because Roman Reigns employs two tenant mantras of show business. One, he reads the room. Two, he knows his audience.”

He continued, “That’s why he would fit into any era–whether it’s in the 70’s against Sammartino, the 80’s against Hulk Hogan, the 90’s in the Dangerous Alliance, the Attitude Era against Stone Cold and The Rock and DX, the John Cena era of The Doctor of Thugonomics, or now in the tenure being enjoyed by Roman Reigns, in his own era he created, when he lifted the whole industry out of the pandemic and into unfathomable heights that no one could have imagined or dreamt of back in August of 2020.”
