Starbucks brings back Pumpkin Spice Latte and other fall flavors

Pumpkin Spice Latte has made its annual return to Starbucks, along with some new fall flavors.

Debuts include Iced Apple Crisp Nondairy Cream Chai, made with oatmilk, and a Raccoon Cake Pop, made with vanilla cake, buttercream and chocolaty icing, according to a news release from the Seatlle-based coffee giant.

Returning beverages include Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato and Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.

Returning bakery items include the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, the Baked Apple Croissant and the Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf.

When Starbucks introduced Pumpkin Spice Latte 21 years ago, in 2003, the flavor quickly swept the nation.

Starbucks is launching its fall menu only slightly earlier than it has in recent years. Since 2019, debuts have fallen between Aug. 24 and Aug. 30.
