The storyline of the K-drama revolves around a young man, Kang In-Ha (Lee Jun-Young). To receive his father’s blessings, he starts to explore the conglomerate industry. But when his illegitimate father did not accept him, he took his friend Han Tae-Oh’s help to get revenge. The drama shows societal hierarchy and politics in the right way. The Impossible Heir: Lee Jae-Wook on playing Han Tae-Oh

Han Tae-Oh is a strategic person who measures every step before taking it. Lee Jae-Wook garnered a lot of appreciation from the viewers for portraying such a strong but cool-headed character. The intelligence, the poker face, and the charisma made the character look so real. Talking about it in an interview as reported in SPOTV News, he said (originally in Korean), “First of all, it was nice to be able to take on a new challenge through ‘Royal Loader.’ While playing ‘Royal Loader,’ I felt like I saw a side of me that I didn’t even know about, and it was a happier time because I had so many good memories.”

Lee Jae-Wook further explained whether there was any difficulty playing the character in The Impossible Heir or whether his personality helped build the background more. He shared, “There were scenes in the play where ‘Tae-oh’ was impulsive and his range of emotions grew in many ways. They all had different moods and emotions, so it was difficult to act because I wanted to show the viewers a different range of emotions.”

While expressing his opinion on his growth as an actor or as a person, Lee Jae-Wook said, “The choices we have to make each day as we live our lives may or may not be the right ones, but I have come to realize that the moments of all those choices are making me who I am now. I think this message from ‘Royal Roader’ has remained a good message for me as well.”
