Samsung Electronics Romania & Bulgaria announces today the appointment of Tiberiu Dobre, Head of Mobile eXperience for Romania & Bulgaria, as Vice President of the company.
As Vice President, Tiberiu will be responsible for coordinating and implementing commercial strategies to strengthen Samsung’s position in the local and European markets.

With extensive experience in technology and sales, Tiberiu Dobre has proven outstanding management ability and a deep understanding of local and European market needs. He will continue to exercise his duties as Head of Division for the Mobile eXperience department, while also taking over the responsibilities of the role of Vice President alongside his counterpart, Victor Armășelu, VP & Head of Consumer Electronics Division.
Before joining the Samsung Electronics team, Tiberiu held management positions in renowned technology companies, such as Vodafone, HP or Nokia, during which time he accumulated extensive experience in the field of sales and management. He has been part of the Samsung Electronics team for almost 6 years when he accepted the challenge to oversee and manage the Mobile eXperience team activities in the region in 2018.
