Spotify has a new quiz for K-pop fans. The latest Your K-Pop Persona quiz will detect your prominent role in the fandom and assign a position. Users can get various personas based on choices, including main vocal, main rapper, or main visual.
Though Spotify came to Korea much later, the music platform has become a favorite for K-pop fans. According to reports, Spotify attracts over 7.97 billion monthly plays from K-pop listeners worldwide. Some of the top K-pop artists on Spotify are BTS, Blackpink, TWICE, BTS V, and more.
Spotify launches Your K-pop Persona Quiz for the fandom
Music platform Spotify’s latest K-pop quiz is a fun tribute to various positions of Korean pop groups that distinguish their role in the group. Fans need to answer five questions that appear in the quiz, which will decide the designated role of a user.
The quiz can be accessed from the ourkpoppersona website, where a QR code will appear. After scanning the QR code, users will be taken to the Spotify app, where a window will appear asking users what their favorite thing about K-pop is.
K-pop heartthrob ASTRO’s Cha Eunwoo also tried Your K-Pop persona quiz. Eunwoo chose members’ personalities and teamwork as his favorite things about K-pop. After answering five questions, Spotify revealed that Cha Eunwoo’s K-Pop persona would be the main visual.
Tomorrow, x Together, Seventeen, BOYNEXTDOOR, and The Boyz will join the game. Fans can check out the results of their fun quiz on Spotify K-pop’s official X page later this week.
As per the music platform, Spotify’s latest K-pop quiz will be available in 31 markets and 13 languages, including Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese-HK, Chinese-TW, English, French, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
It will be available in the United States, Japan, Korea, Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, Egypt, India, Iraq, Malaysia, Morocco, New Zealand, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, the Philippines, and more.
